Access and password:
• Start “Forgotten password” on the login page – You will receive a reset link by email.
• In the customer center you can change the password after login at any time.
• Use a strong password (length, upper/lower case, digits/special characters according to the policy).
• Never provide access data to third parties; Support never asks for the plaintext password.
